Family & Cosmetic Dentist Atlanta GA Meet Nancy A. Ferrara, DDS
Dr. Ferrara met her husband, Dr. Eric Ferrara, while in dental school. The Ferrara’s relocated to Dallas, TX, while Dr. Eric completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Nancy started her first dental practice in Southlake, TX. In conjunction with running her dental practice she also was an instructor at Baylor Dental School and was the coordinator of the “Sealant Initiative” in Dallas Public Schools. Under Dr. Nancy’s leadership the “Sealant Initiative” program won an Award of Recognition by the American Dental Association.
Atlanta GA Pediatric Specialist Meet Dr. Andrew P. Shehata, DMD
Dr. Andy, Dr. Nancy Ferrara‘s brother, did his undergraduate training at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.
He then received his DMD degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and culminated his training with a post-doctorate degree in Pediatric Dentistry from New York University.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Atlanta GA Meet Eric D. Ferrara, DDS
He graduated from the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1991. He worked in business for one year and returned to UGA to complete pre-dental requirements.
Family & Cosmetic Dentist Meet Vy Gia Do, D.M.D.
Dr. Vy Do was born in Saigon, Vietnam and moved to the states when he was 4. After finishing high school as the class valedictorian, he attended the University of Georgia on a full academic scholarship. During his tenure at UGA, he was active in many organizations, including the American Chemical Society, Vietnamese Student Association, and the UGA Symphony Orchestra. As part of the UGA Honors program, he spent a summer in Italy studying genetics and art history.
